Enter… the Voyage Season 2009
What will bring hundreds of participants this summer from churches in 18 different states to 20 different locations across the globe? Yep- it’s Wonder Voyage time! After nine months of careful and prayerful preparation we are poised to embark on some of the most exciting adventures of our lifetime. Imagine leading eager groups of pilgrims into moments of wonder where they encounter the heart of God through diverse cultures and opportunities of service that truly change lives. These are not feel-good vacations or highbrow tours but opportunities to come face to face with people who begin as strangers but become friends. These are the memories students and adults will carry with them throughout their lives. Can you imagine the privilege of being a part of someone’s defining moments in life? That is the tremendous honor we have as the staff at Wonder Voyage and we thank God every day for allowing us to be a part of something so precious.
We hope you join us this summer by looking in on our summer voyages through our 2009 summer blog. We will start this week by introducing you to some of our summer directors leading trips for Wonder Voyage. We ask for your prayers as we hit the road this summer. May God lead us into the Wonder of His love, the Voyage of a lifetime, and Missions that make a difference eternally.
